Our starting point

We do not sell guaranteed Wikipedia pages

Canada combines a compact national media landscape with a business community that operates internationally — from Toronto and Vancouver technology companies to authors, academics and founders. Some providers respond to that demand with guaranteed publication. We do not. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia with its own notability criteria, and its volunteer community — not any agency — decides what stays.

What we offer instead is an honest judgment before anything else. Independent editors, active on Wikipedia since 2014, check whether you or your company meets the notability criteria and whether your sources are strong enough. If they are not yet, we tell you so within 24 hours — confidentially, free of charge and without obligation.

We are an editorial bureau based in the European Union and work with clients internationally, including in Canada. We have no Canadian office; the entire process runs by email, WhatsApp or video call, and we respond within 24 hours regardless of time zone. See also who qualifies.

How it works

Three steps

1

You send your situation

Short description of yourself or your organization, plus the sources you know. No extensive dossiers needed.

2

We assess within 24 hours

We check your notability against Wikipedia criteria and qualify your sources. Everything confidential.

3

You get an honest verdict

Clear yes, no, or "not yet" with explanation. If promising, a concrete proposal follows.

Sources

Which sources count for a Canadian subject

Wikipedia weighs substantial editorial coverage in independent media. For Canadian subjects, that includes titles such as The Globe and Mail, the National Post, CBC, the Toronto Star and the Financial Post, alongside international outlets such as the Financial Times, Bloomberg and Reuters. For subjects in Quebec, French-language coverage in titles such as La Presse, Le Devoir and Radio-Canada counts just as fully — Wikipedia accepts sources in any language.

The distinction that matters: the article must be about you or your company and written by the publication's own editorial staff. Interviews, press releases and sponsored content carry little weight, whatever the masthead. During the assessment we qualify your sources one by one, so you know exactly where you stand.

Our source research goes beyond a search engine. We dig where others stop: historical newspaper archives, trade journals, foreign media and paywalled publications. We regularly uncover coverage clients never knew existed — and precisely those sources decide whether a page is feasible.

"Within 24 hours clarity, and above all an honest judgment. They told me I did not yet have enough independent media — no sales talk, just the truth. That was more valuable than a project without a chance."— Entrepreneur, energy sector
Frequently asked questions

Before you fill in the form

Do you have an office in Toronto or Vancouver?
No. We are an editorial bureau based in the European Union and work with clients internationally, including in Canada. All contact runs by email, WhatsApp or video call, and we respond within 24 hours regardless of time zone. We mention this openly because it matters for your expectations: you are working with an independent European editorial bureau, not a local marketing agency.
Can you guarantee that the page will be published?
No — and we advise caution with anyone who does. On Wikipedia, the community of volunteers decides, not the party writing the page. What we can guarantee is an honest judgment before you commit to anything: if your source base is not yet strong enough, we say so within 24 hours, free of charge and without obligation.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. We charge nothing for the assessment and you are not obligated to anything by requesting it. We believe you deserve an honest judgment before reserving any budget.
What happens to my details?
Your details are used exclusively for the assessment and the personal response. We share nothing with third parties. If you do not proceed, your file is deleted after 12 months per GDPR retention rules. More in our privacy statement.
What if I do not yet have enough sources?
Then we say so honestly, with an explanation of what is still missing and how you can work on it. Often a "not yet" is temporary — once new independent publications appear, we can reassess your situation. See also who qualifies.
